Password Magic Version History

This page summarizes the enhancements added to each release of the Password Magic password manager. Use this as a guideline to determine if you wish to upgrade to the most recent release of Password Magic.

Changes to Version 1.2 February 2007

New Features

Password Magic Portable Allows you to run your copy of Password Magic and all its data files on another computer. No product installation is required.
Export Export makes it easy to backup or move your Password Magic data base.

Enhancements

Internet Explorer 7 Improved support of Internet Explorer 7's tabbed browsing.

Changes to Version 1.1 July 2006

New Features

Password Magic Toolbar Added the Password Magic toolbar which attaches itself to Internet Explorer for quick, easy access to commonly used commands.
Password Generator Added an integrated password generator to create random passwords.
Change Master Password Added the ability to change the master password.
Run in System Tray Added the ability to run the Password Magic editor in the system tray.
