Technical Support Agreement

Technical support is available at no charge. The best way to report problems is with the support form available on the Contact page. You can also send e-mail to support@sdisw.com.

When reporting problems, please include the following information:

  • Is the problem reproducible? If so, how?
  • What version of Windows are you running? (Open Windows Explorer and select: Help, About Windows)
  • What version of Password Magic are you running? (Open the Editor and select: Help, About ...)
  • What version of Internet Explorer are you running? (Open Internet Explorer and select: Help, About Internet Explorer)
  • If a dialog box with an error message was displayed, please include the full text of the dialog box, including the text in the title bar.
  • All URLs accessed leading up to the problem.
  • Your telephone number and e-mail address.
